Every new enquiry begins with a free on-site lawn assessment. A member of our team visits your property at a time that suits you, inspects the lawn and soil, identifies what is affecting growth or appearance, and provides a detailed written quotation with a clear plan to restore lawn health.
What we do during the assessment:
- Walk the full lawn area to identify problem zones, growth patterns and overall condition
- Check soil condition, drainage and signs of compaction

What information should I have ready when I contact you?
It helps to have your suburb, the approximate size of your lawn and a brief description of what you have noticed. Photos are also useful if you have them, but not required. If you are unsure about any of this, get in touch anyway and we will work through the details together.
Can I get a quote over the phone or by email?
We can answer general questions and give you a sense of what to expect, but accurate quotations require an on-site inspection. The condition of the soil, drainage, sunlight and grass type all affect what your lawn needs, and these cannot be assessed remotely.
How long after I enquire can someone come out?
Most assessments are scheduled within a few working days of your initial enquiry. We work with you to find a time that suits your schedule, including early mornings or late afternoons where needed.
Will I be charged if I do not proceed after the assessment?
No. The on-site lawn assessment and written quotation are completely free. There is no charge and no obligation to proceed if you decide our service is not the right fit.
Can I request a specific person from your team?
If you have worked with us before and have a preferred team member, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. New clients are assigned based on availability and proximity, with everyone trained to the same standard.
What if I am enquiring on behalf of a body corporate or business?
Let us know in your enquiry and we will arrange the assessment with the right person on your side. Body corporate and commercial enquiries usually involve a slightly different process, including site walkthroughs with property managers and tailored quotations for larger areas.
Can I cancel or reschedule the assessment if something comes up?
Of course. Just let us know as soon as you can and we will find another time. There is no penalty for rescheduling.
